SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human E2F3 (E2F transcription factor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human E2F3 qPCR Primer Set – E2F transcription factor 3
Also known as: E2F-3
About this gene: E2F3 belongs to a small family of transcription factors that function through binding of DP interaction partner proteins. The E2F3 protein recognizes a specific sequence motif in DNA and interacts directly with the retinoblastoma protein to regulate the expression of genes involved in the cell cycle. Altered copy number and activity of E2F3 have been observed in a number of human cancers.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1871; HGNC ID: HGNC:3115; UniProt: O00716; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001949.5; Chromosome location: 6p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
