SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human E2F2 (E2F transcription factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human E2F2 qPCR Primer Set – E2F transcription factor 2
Also known as: E2F-2
About this gene: The E2F2 protein belongs to the E2F family of transcription factors. The E2F family plays a crucial role in the control of cell cycle and action of tumor suppressor proteins and is also a target of the transforming proteins of small DNA tumor viruses. The E2F proteins contain multiple evolutionally conserved domains found in most members of the family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1870; HGNC ID: HGNC:3114; UniProt: Q14209; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004091.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
