SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DYNLRB1 (dynein light chain roadblock-type 1, also called BLP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DYNLRB1 qPCR Primer Set – dynein light chain roadblock-type 1
Also known as: BITH, BLP, DNCL2A, DNLC2A, ROBLD1
About this gene: DYNLRB1 belongs to the roadblock dynein light chain family. The encoded cytoplasmic protein is capable of binding intermediate chain proteins, interacts with transforming growth factor-beta, and has been implicated in the regulation of actin modulating proteins. Upregulation of DYNLRB1 has been linked to hepatocellular carcinomas, suggesting that DYNLRB1 may be involved in tumor progression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83658; HGNC ID: HGNC:15468; UniProt: Q9NP97; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014183.4; Chromosome location: 20q11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
