SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DUSP8 (dual specificity phosphatase 8) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DUSP8 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 8
Also known as: C11orf81, HB5, HVH-5, HVH8
About this gene: The DUSP8 protein belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. They negatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase superfamily, which is linked to cellular proliferation and differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1850; HGNC ID: HGNC:3074; UniProt: Q13202; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004420.3; Chromosome location: 11p15.5
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
