SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DUSP5 (dual specificity phosphatase 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DUSP5 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 5
Also known as: DUSP, HVH3
About this gene: The DUSP5 protein belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. They negatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase superfamily, which are linked to cellular proliferation and differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1847; HGNC ID: HGNC:3071; UniProt: Q16690; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004419.4; Chromosome location: 10q25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
