SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DUSP14 (dual specificity phosphatase 14, also called MKP-L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DUSP14 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 14
Also known as: MKP-L, MKP6
About this gene: Dual-specificity phosphatases constitute a large heterogeneous subgroup of the type I cysteine-based protein-tyrosine phosphatase superfamily. DUSPs are characterized by their ability to dephosphorylate both tyrosine and serine/threonine residues. They have been implicated as major modulators of critical signaling pathways.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11072; HGNC ID: HGNC:17007; UniProt: O95147; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007026.4; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
