About this gene: The DUSP1 protein is a phosphatase with dual specificity for tyrosine and threonine. The DUSP1 protein can dephosphorylate MAP kinase MAPK1/ERK2, which leads to its involvement in multiple cellular processes. The DUSP1 protein appears to play an important role in the human cellular response to environmental stress as well as in the negative regulation of cellular proliferation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
