SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DTNA (dystrobrevin alpha, also called DTN-A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DTNA qPCR Primer Set – dystrobrevin alpha
Also known as: D18S892E, DRP3, DTN, DTN-A, LVNC1, MMCKR2
About this gene: The DTNA protein belongs to the dystrobrevin subfamily of the dystrophin family. The DTNA protein is a component of the dystrophin-associated protein complex, which consists of dystrophin and multiple integral and peripheral membrane proteins, including dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins and alpha- and beta-dystrobrevin. The DPC localizes to the sarcolemma and its disruption is linked to various forms of muscular dystrophy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1837; HGNC ID: HGNC:3057; UniProt: Q9Y4J8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001386795.1; Chromosome location: 18q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
