SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DSPP (dentin sialophosphoprotein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DSPP qPCR Primer Set – dentin sialophosphoprotein
Also known as: DFNA39, DGI1, DMP3, DPP, DSP
About this gene: DSPP belongs to the small integrin-binding ligand N-linked glycoprotein family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is secreted by odontoblasts and proteolytically processed to generate two principal proteins of the dentin extracellular matrix of the tooth, dentin sialoprotein and dentin phosphoprotein. These two protein products may play distinct but related roles in dentin mineralization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1834; HGNC ID: HGNC:3054; UniProt: Q9NZW4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014208.3; Chromosome location: 4q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
