SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UTP20 (UTP20 small subunit processome component, also called NNP73) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UTP20 qPCR Primer Set – UTP20 small subunit processome component
Also known as: 1A6/DRIM, DRIM
About this gene: UTP20 is a component of the U3 small nucleolar RNA protein complex and is involved in 18S rRNA processing.[supplied by OMIM, Jun 2009].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27340; HGNC ID: HGNC:17897; UniProt: O75691; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014503.3; Chromosome location: 12q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
