SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARID3A (AT-rich interaction domain 3A, also called Bright) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ARID3A qPCR Primer Set – AT-rich interaction domain 3A
Also known as: BRIGHT, DRIL1, DRIL3, E2FBP1
About this gene: ARID3A belongs to the ARID family of DNA binding proteins. The ARID3A gene product was found by homology to the Drosophila dead ringer gene, which is important for normal embryogenesis. Other ARID family members have roles in embryonic patterning, cell lineage gene regulation, cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation, and possibly in chromatin structure modification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1820; HGNC ID: HGNC:3031; UniProt: Q99856; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005224.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
