SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DPF3 (double PHD fingers 3, also called BAF45C) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DPF3 qPCR Primer Set – double PHD fingers 3
Also known as: BAF45C, CERD4, SMARCG3
About this gene: DPF3 belongs to the D4 protein family. The DPF3 protein is a transcription regulator that binds acetylated histones and is a component of the BAF chromatin remodeling complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8110; HGNC ID: HGNC:17427; UniProt: Q92784; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001280542.3; Chromosome location: 14q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
