SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AKAP9 (A-kinase anchoring protein 9, also called PRKA9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AKAP9 qPCR Primer Set – A-kinase anchoring protein 9
Also known as: AKAP-9, AKAP350, AKAP450, CG-NAP, HYPERION, LQT11, MU-RMS-40.16A, PPP1R45, PRKA9, YOTIAO
About this gene: The A-kinase anchor proteins are a group of structurally diverse proteins which have the common function of binding to the regulatory subunit of protein kinase A and confining the holoenzyme to discrete locations within the cell. AKAP9 belongs to the AKAP family. Alternate splicing of AKAP9 leads to at least two isoforms that localize to the centrosome and the Golgi apparatus, and interact with numerous signaling proteins from multiple signal transduction pathways.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10142; HGNC ID: HGNC:379; UniProt: Q99996; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005751.5; Chromosome location: 7q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
