SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DOK4 (docking protein 4, also called IRS5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DOK4 qPCR Primer Set – docking protein 4
Also known as: IRS-5, IRS5
About this gene: DOK4 is predicted to enable signaling adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell surface receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway. It is predicted to act upstream of or within nervous system development and positive regulation of MAPK cascade.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55715; HGNC ID: HGNC:19868; UniProt: Q8TEW6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018110.5; Chromosome location: 16q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
