SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DOK2 (docking protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DOK2 qPCR Primer Set – docking protein 2
Also known as: p56DOK, p56dok-2
About this gene: The DOK2 protein is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia patients in the chronic phase. The DOK2 gene product may be a critical substrate for p210, a chimeric protein whose presence is linked to CML. This encoded protein binds p120 from CML cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9046; HGNC ID: HGNC:2991; UniProt: O60496; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003974.4; Chromosome location: 8p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
