SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DNALI1 (dynein axonemal light intermediate chain 1, also called hp28) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DNALI1 qPCR Primer Set – dynein axonemal light intermediate chain 1
Also known as: P28, SPGF83, dJ423B22.5, hp28
About this gene: DNALI1 is the human homolog of the Chlamydomonas inner dynein arm gene, p28. The precise function of DNALI1 is not known, however, it is a potential candidate for immotile cilia syndrome. Ultrastructural defects of the inner dynein arms are seen in patients with ICS. Immotile mutant strains of Chlamydomonas, a biflagellated algae, exhibit similar defects.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7802; HGNC ID: HGNC:14353; UniProt: O14645; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003462.5; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
