SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DNAJC6 (DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DNAJC6 qPCR Primer Set – DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C6
Also known as: DJC6, PARK19
About this gene: DNAJC6 belongs to the evolutionarily conserved DNAJ/HSP40 family of proteins, which regulate molecular chaperone activity by stimulating ATPase activity. DNAJ proteins may have up to 3 distinct domains: a conserved 70-amino acid J domain, usually at the N terminus, a glycine/phenylalanine-rich region, and a cysteine-rich domain containing 4 motifs resembling a zinc finger domain.[supplied by OMIM.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9829; HGNC ID: HGNC:15469; UniProt: O75061; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001256864.2; Chromosome location: 1p31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
