About this gene: The DNAJB4 protein is a molecular chaperone, tumor suppressor, and member of the heat shock protein-40 family. The DNAJB4 protein binds the cell adhesion protein E-cadherin and targets it to the plasma membrane. The DNAJB4 protein also binds incorrectly folded E-cadherin and targets it for endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
