About this gene: DMRT1 is found in a cluster with two other members of the gene family, having in common a zinc finger-like DNA-binding motif. The DM domain is an ancient, conserved component of the vertebrate sex-determining pathway that is also a key regulator of male development in flies and nematodes. DMRT1 exhibits a gonad-specific and sexually dimorphic expression pattern.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
