SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AKAP3 (A-kinase anchoring protein 3, also called CT82) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AKAP3 qPCR Primer Set – A-kinase anchoring protein 3
Also known as: AKAP 110, AKAP110, CT82, FSP95, HEL159, PRKA3, SOB1, SPGF82
About this gene: AKAP3 belongs to A-kinase anchoring proteins, a family of functionally related proteins that target protein kinase A to discrete locations within the cell. The AKAP3 protein is reported to participate in protein-protein interactions with the R-subunit of the protein kinase A as well as sperm-associated proteins. The AKAP3 gene product may function as a regulator of motility, capacitation, and the acrosome reaction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10566; HGNC ID: HGNC:373; UniProt: O75969; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001278309.2; Chromosome location: 12p13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
