SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DLC1 (DLC1 Rho GTPase activating protein, also called StARD12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DLC1 qPCR Primer Set – DLC1 Rho GTPase activating protein
Also known as: ARHGAP7, HP, STARD12, p122-RhoGAP
About this gene: DLC1 encodes a GTPase-activating protein that belongs to the rhoGAP family of proteins which play a role in the regulation of small GTP-binding proteins. GAP family proteins participate in signaling pathways that regulate cell processes involved in cytoskeletal changes. DLC1 acts as a tumor suppressor gene in a number of common cancers, including prostate, lung, colorectal, and breast cancers.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10395; HGNC ID: HGNC:2897; UniProt: Q96QB1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_182643.3; Chromosome location: 8p22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
