SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AK2 (adenylate kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AK2 qPCR Primer Set – adenylate kinase 2
Also known as: ADK2
About this gene: Adenylate kinases are involved in regulating the adenine nucleotide composition within a cell by catalyzing the reversible transfer of phosphate groups among adenine nucleotides. Three isozymes of adenylate kinase, namely 1, 2, and 3, have been identified in vertebrates; AK2 encodes isozyme 2. Expression of these isozymes is tissue-specific and developmentally regulated.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 204; HGNC ID: HGNC:362; UniProt: P54819; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001625.4; Chromosome location: 1p35.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
