SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AIP (AHR interacting HSP90 co-chaperone) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AIP qPCR Primer Set – AHR interacting HSP90 co-chaperone
Also known as: ARA9, FKBP16, FKBP37, PITA1, SMTPHN, XAP-2, XAP2
About this gene: The AIP protein is a receptor for aryl hydrocarbons and a ligand-activated transcription factor. The AIP protein can regulate the expression of many xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes. Also, the AIP protein can bind specifically to and inhibit the activity of hepatitis B virus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9049; HGNC ID: HGNC:358; UniProt: O00170; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003977.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
