SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DDT (D-dopachrome tautomerase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DDT qPCR Primer Set – D-dopachrome tautomerase
Also known as: D-DT, DDCT, MIF-2, MIF2
About this gene: D-dopachrome tautomerase converts D-dopachrome into 5,6-dihydroxyindole. The DDT gene is related to the migration inhibitory factor in terms of sequence, enzyme activity, and gene structure. DDT and MIF are closely linked on chromosome 22.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1652; HGNC ID: HGNC:2732; UniProt: P30046; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001084392.3; Chromosome location: 22q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
