SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DDR1 (discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1, also called HGK2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DDR1 qPCR Primer Set – discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1
Also known as: CAK, CD167, DDR, EDDR1, HGK2, MCK10, NEP, NTRK4, PTK3, PTK3A, RTK6, TRKE
About this gene: Receptor tyrosine kinases play a key role in the communication of cells with their microenvironment. These kinases are involved in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation and metabolism. The DDR1 protein belongs to a subfamily of tyrosine kinase receptors with homology to Dictyostelium discoideum protein discoidin I in their extracellular domain, and that are activated by various types of collagen.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 780; HGNC ID: HGNC:2730; UniProt: Q08345; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001297654.2; Chromosome location: 6p21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
