SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UBR5 (ubiquitin protein ligase E3 component n-recognin 5, also called hHYD) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human UBR5 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin protein ligase E3 component n-recognin 5
Also known as: DD5, EDD, EDD1, HYD, NEDSBH
About this gene: UBR5 encodes a progestin-induced protein, which belongs to the HECT family. The HECT family proteins function as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligases, targeting specific proteins for ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis. UBR5 is localized to chromosome 8q22 which is disrupted in a variety of cancers.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51366; HGNC ID: HGNC:16806; UniProt: O95071; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015902.6; Chromosome location: 8q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
