SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DCK (deoxycytidine kinase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DCK qPCR Primer Set – deoxycytidine kinase
About this gene: Deoxycytidine kinase is required for the phosphorylation of multiple deoxyribonucleosides and their nucleoside analogs. Deficiency of DCK is linked to resistance to antiviral and anticancer chemotherapeutic agents. Conversely, increased deoxycytidine kinase activity is linked to increased activation of these compounds to cytotoxic nucleoside triphosphate derivatives.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1633; HGNC ID: HGNC:2704; UniProt: P27707; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000788.3; Chromosome location: 4q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
