SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AHSA1 (activator of HSP90 ATPase activity 1, also called p38) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AHSA1 qPCR Primer Set – activator of HSP90 ATPase activity 1
Also known as: AHA1, C14orf3, hAha1, p38
About this gene: AHSA1 enables multiple functions, including Hsp90 protein binding activity; protein folding chaperone; and unfolded protein binding activity. It is involved in maintenance of unfolded protein and positive regulation of ATP-dependent activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10598; HGNC ID: HGNC:1189; UniProt: O95433; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012111.3; Chromosome location: 14q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
