SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DACT1 (dishevelled binding antagonist of beta catenin 1, also called hDPR1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DACT1 qPCR Primer Set – dishevelled binding antagonist of beta catenin 1
Also known as: DAPPER, DAPPER1, DPR1, FRODO, HDPR1, TBS2, THYEX3
About this gene: The DACT1 protein belongs to the dapper family, characterized by the presence of PDZ-binding motif at the C-terminus. The DACT1 gene product interacts with, and positively regulates dishevelled-mediated signaling pathways during development. Depletion of this mRNA from xenopus embryos resulted in loss of notochord and head structures, and mice lacking DACT1 died shortly after birth from severe posterior malformations.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51339; HGNC ID: HGNC:17748; UniProt: Q9NYF0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001079520.2; Chromosome location: 14q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
