About this gene: DYNC2LI1 encodes a protein that is a component of the dynein-2 microtubule motor protein complex that is involved in the retrograde transport of cargo in primary cilia via the intraflagellar transport system. Mutations in DYNC2LI1 produce defects in the dynein-2 complex which result in multiple types of ciliopathy including short-rib thoracic dysplasia 15 with polydactyly.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
