SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSDE1 (cold shock domain containing E1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CSDE1 qPCR Primer Set – cold shock domain containing E1
Also known as: D1S155E, UNR
About this gene: CSDE1 enables RISC complex binding activity; RNA stem-loop binding activity; and lncRNA binding activity. It is involved in IRES-dependent viral translational initiation; regulation of gene expression; and stress granule assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7812; HGNC ID: HGNC:29905; UniProt: O75534; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001007553.3; Chromosome location: 1p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
