About this gene: CCDC6 encodes a coiled-coil domain-containing protein. The CCDC6 protein is ubiquitously expressed and may function as a tumor suppressor. A chromosomal rearrangement resulting in the expression of a fusion gene containing a portion of CCDC6 and the intracellular kinase-encoding domain of the ret proto-oncogene is the cause of thyroid papillary carcinoma.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
