SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CYSLTR2 (cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2, also called HPN321) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CYSLTR2 qPCR Primer Set – cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2
Also known as: CYSLT2, CYSLT2R, GPCR21, HG57, HPN321, KPG_011, PSEC0146, hGPCR21
About this gene: The cysteinyl leukotrienes LTC4, LTD4, and LTE4 are important mediators of human bronchial asthma. Pharmacologic studies have determined that cysteinyl leukotrienes activate at least 2 receptors, the protein encoded by CYSLTR2 and CYSLTR1. This encoded receptor belongs to the superfamily of G protein-coupled receptors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57105; HGNC ID: HGNC:18274; UniProt: Q9NS75; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001308476.3; Chromosome location: 13q14.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
