About this gene: CYFIP1 encodes a protein that regulates cytoskeletal dynamics and protein translation. The CYFIP1 protein is a component of the WAVE regulatory complex, which promotes actin polymerization. The CYFIP1 protein also interacts with the synaptic functional regulator FMR1 protein and translation initiation factor 4E to inhibit protein translation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
