SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GJA10 (gap junction protein alpha 10, also called Cx62) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GJA10 qPCR Primer Set – gap junction protein alpha 10
Also known as: CX62
About this gene: Connexins, such as GJA10, are involved in the formation of gap junctions, intercellular conduits that directly connect the cytoplasms of contacting cells. Each gap junction channel is formed by docking of 2 hemichannels, each of which contains 6 connexin subunits.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84694; HGNC ID: HGNC:16995; UniProt: Q969M2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032602.2; Chromosome location: 6q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
