SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CELF1 (CUGBP Elav-like family member 1, also called CUG-BP1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CELF1 qPCR Primer Set – CUGBP Elav-like family member 1
Also known as: BRUNOL2, CUG-BP, CUGBP, CUGBP1, EDEN-BP, NAB50, NAPOR, hNab50
About this gene: Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. CELF1 may play a role in myotonic dystrophy type 1 via interactions with the dystrophia myotonica-protein kinase gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10658; HGNC ID: HGNC:2549; UniProt: Q92879; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001376376.1; Chromosome location: 11p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
