SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CTNNBL1 (catenin beta like 1, also called NAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CTNNBL1 qPCR Primer Set – catenin beta like 1
Also known as: C20orf33, IMD99, NAP, P14L, PP8304, dJ633O20.1
About this gene: The CTNNBL1 protein is a component of the pre-mRNA-processing factor 19-cell division cycle 5-like protein complex, which activates pre-mRNA splicing and is an integral part of the spliceosome. The CTNNBL1 protein is also a nuclear localization sequence binding protein, and binds to activation-induced deaminase and is important for antibody diversification. CTNNBL1 may also be linked to the development of obesity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56259; HGNC ID: HGNC:15879; UniProt: Q8WYA6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030877.5; Chromosome location: 20q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
