SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ABCA4 (ATP binding cassette subfamily A member 4, also called RmP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ABCA4 qPCR Primer Set – ATP binding cassette subfamily A member 4
Also known as: ABC10, ABCR, ARMD2, CORD3, FFM, RMP, RP19, STGD, STGD1
About this gene: The membrane-associated protein encoded by ABCA4 belongs to the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24; HGNC ID: HGNC:34; UniProt: P78363; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000350.3; Chromosome location: 1p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
