About this gene: The CSTF3 protein is one of three cleavage stimulation factors that combine to form the cleavage stimulation factor complex. This complex is involved in the polyadenylation and 3' end cleavage of pre-mRNAs. The CSTF3 protein acts as a homodimer and interacts directly with both CSTF1 and CSTF2 in the CSTF complex.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
