SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSRP2 (cysteine and glycine rich protein 2, also called CRP2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CSRP2 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine and glycine rich protein 2
Also known as: CRP2, LMO5, SmLIM
About this gene: CSRP2 belongs to the CSRP family of genes, encoding a group of LIM domain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processes important for development and cellular differentiation. CRP2 contains two copies of the cysteine-rich amino acid sequence motif with putative zinc-binding activity, and may be involved in regulating ordered cell growth. Other genes in the family include CSRP1 and CSRP3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1466; HGNC ID: HGNC:2470; UniProt: Q16527; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001321.3; Chromosome location: 12q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
