About this gene: CSNK1D belongs to the casein kinase I gene family whose members have been implicated in the control of cytoplasmic and nuclear processes, including DNA replication and repair. The CSNK1D protein may also be involved in the regulation of apoptosis, circadian rhythm, microtubule dynamics, chromosome segregation, and p53-mediated effects on growth. The CSNK1D protein is highly similar to the mouse and rat CK1 delta homologs.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
