SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSN2 (casein beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CSN2 qPCR Primer Set – casein beta
Also known as: CASB, PDC213
About this gene: CSN2 belongs to the beta casein family. There are two types of casein protein, beta and kappa, both of which are secreted in human milk. Beta casein is the principal protein in human milk and the primary source of essential amino acids for a suckling infant.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1447; HGNC ID: HGNC:2447; UniProt: P05814; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001891.4; Chromosome location: 4q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
