SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSF3 (colony stimulating factor 3, also called G-CSF) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CSF3 qPCR Primer Set – colony stimulating factor 3
Also known as: C17orf33, CSF3OS, GCSF, SCN14, G-CSF
About this gene: CSF3 belongs to the IL-6 superfamily of cytokines. The encoded cytokine controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. A modified form of this protein is commonly administered to manage chemotherapy-induced neutropenia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1440; HGNC ID: HGNC:2438; UniProt: P09919; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_172219.3; Chromosome location: 17q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
