SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSF2 (colony stimulating factor 2, also called CSF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CSF2 qPCR Primer Set – colony stimulating factor 2
Also known as: CSF, GMCSF
About this gene: The CSF2 protein is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. The active form of the protein is found extracellularly as a homodimer. CSF2 has been localized to a cluster of related genes at chromosome region 5q31, which is known to be linked to interstitial deletions in the 5q- syndrome and acute myelogenous leukemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1437; HGNC ID: HGNC:2434; UniProt: P04141; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000758.4; Chromosome location: 5q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
