SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CSE1L (chromosome segregation 1 like, also called Exp2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CSE1L qPCR Primer Set – chromosome segregation 1 like
Also known as: CAS, CSE1, XPO2
About this gene: Proteins that carry a nuclear localization signal are transported into the nucleus by the importin-alpha/beta heterodimer. Importin-alpha binds the NLS, while importin-beta mediates translocation through the nuclear pore complex. After translocation, RanGTP binds importin-beta and displaces importin-alpha.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1434; HGNC ID: HGNC:2431; UniProt: P55060; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001316.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
