About this gene: CRK belongs to an adapter protein family that binds to multiple tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. The product of CRK has multiple SH2 and SH3 domains and is involved in multiple signaling pathways, recruiting cytoplasmic proteins in the vicinity of tyrosine kinase through SH2-phosphotyrosine interaction. The N-terminal SH2 domain of this protein acts as a positive regulator of transformation whereas the C-terminal SH3 domain acts as a negative regulator of transformation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
