Human EID1 qPCR Primer Set – EP300 interacting inhibitor of differentiation 1
Also known as: C15orf3, CRI1, EID-1, IRO45620, PNAS-22, PTD014, RBP21
About this gene: EID1 enables histone acetyltransferase binding activity. It is involved in cell differentiation and negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23741; HGNC ID: HGNC:1191; UniProt: Q9Y6B2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014335.3; Chromosome location: 15q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
