SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CRHR2 (corticotropin releasing hormone receptor 2, also called CRH-R2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CRHR2 qPCR Primer Set – corticotropin releasing hormone receptor 2
Also known as: CRF-RB, CRF2, CRFR2, HM-CRF
About this gene: The CRHR2 protein belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family, and the subfamily of corticotropin releasing hormone receptor. This receptor shows high affinity for corticotropin releasing hormone, and also binds CRH-related peptides such as urocortin. CRH is synthesized in the hypothalamus, and is important for coordinating the endocrine, autonomic, and behavioral responses to stress and immune challenge.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1395; HGNC ID: HGNC:2358; UniProt: Q13324; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001883.5; Chromosome location: 7p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
