About this gene: CREB3L3 belongs to the basic-leucine zipper family and the AMP-dependent transcription factor family. The CREB3L3 protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and acts as a transcription factor activated by cyclic AMP stimulation. The CREB3L3 protein binds the cyclic AMP response element and the box-B element and has been linked to acute inflammatory response, hepatocellular carcinoma, triglyceride metabolism, and hepcidin expression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
