SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AGBL4 (AGBL carboxypeptidase 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AGBL4 qPCR Primer Set – AGBL carboxypeptidase 4
Also known as: CCP6
About this gene: AGBL4 is predicted to enable metallocarboxypeptidase activity and tubulin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in C-terminal protein deglutamylation; defense response to virus; and protein side chain deglutamylation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including axonal transport of mitochondrion; positive regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; and regulation of blastocyst development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84871; HGNC ID: HGNC:25892; UniProt: Q5VU57; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032785.4; Chromosome location: 1p33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
